Our Lil’ Champs program is the perfect preparatory class for boys and girls 3.5 to 5 years old.
These sessions focus on the fundamental movement skills to prepare young children for physical activity on and off the playing field, court or ice. Most youth sports programs cater to children at a minimum age of 6. With less opportunity for young children to engage in physical activity it is critical to help them develop a fun and playful physical culture within themselves.
Lil’ Champs is specifically designed to provide a loose and free environment to your children with the opportunity to engage in cooperative behavior while exploring new and fun ways to move.
This guided discovery style of coaching is optimal for learning and setting the foundation for their physical literacy as well as their character. Lil’ Champs is the perfect introduction for your young child to open their eyes to the amazing world health and fitness!
Our program incorporates:
• Movement Exploration
• Age appropriate movement skill acquisition
• Non-specific exercise stimulus
• Natural development of coordination habits
• Character and behavior shaping
• Led by youth fitness specialists and former pre-school teacher
• Designed by Massachusetts’ ONLY International Youth Coach of the Year
All session are led by 9 year youth coaching veteran Justin Mucci.
