What you get:

Access to our World renown programming and coaching methods for Sports Performance. In the Athletes Acceleration Preseason Prep Program you will work on all of the following factors of Sports Performance and Athletic Development.
  • Complete Athletic Assessment - On day 1 so we know exactly what your strengths and weaknesses are
  • Speed - Ability to achieve movement at a high velocity
  • Power - Combination of Speed and Strength
  • Deceleration - The ability to slow down and stop as quickly and safely as possible
  • Re-acceleration - How quickly and powerfully can you accelerate after a stop or cut
  • Agility - The ability to decelerate, change direction or accelerate in a new direction
  • Reactivity/Prediction - Anticipation and the ability to predict where and when to move at speed.
  • Skills versus Drills - We use the most effective methods and training tools to maximize the skills involved with being faster, quicker, more explosive and injury resistant soccer players.
  • Transference - Our programming allow for maximum transference to the soccer field...the gains players make can't just stay in the gym!

You will receive 12 of our world renown sports performance sessions to be used at your discretion. Your 4 week  Pre-Season Prep begins with your first session.

Sessions are 1 hour in duration. Athletes are encouraged to where low profile, flat bottom footwear with a minimal heel such as low cut basketball shoes, tennis shoes or the Reebok Nano.
