Beginning February 1st, 2020 our schedule will be changing on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays.
A young athlete’s schedule is demanding to say the least. That’s why, from day one, we have had the most flexible schedule of any activity they could possibly be engaged in with ample opportunity to attend an average of 2 sessions per week.
The frequency combined with consistency over a long period of time produces one thing…results.
That said we are super excited to announce even more flexibility moving forward with the room to add more down the road.
12-13 yr old Complete Athletic Transformation classes will now have more options to attend on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Saturday classes will be one hour earlier.
Here are the changes in a nutshell:
- Complete Athletic Development (9-11 yrs old) will be held Monday through Friday at 4:00pm and Saturday at 10:00am.
- Complete Athletic Transformation (12-13 yrs old) will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00pm AND 6:00pm. Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm and Saturday at 11:00am
- Complete Athletic Performance (14-18 yrs old) will be held Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm. Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm, Friday at 3:00pm and Saturday at 12:00pm.
